Job responsibilities:
1. Sales and promotion of high and low voltage distribution equipment, distribution boxes, control cabinets, fire equipment and emergency products;
2. Actively visit customers and submit customer visit reports on time;
3. Complete personal sales targets, develop new customers and maintain old customers;
4. Evaluate and track the marketing and sales, collect all kinds of relevant information and timely feedback to the sales director;
5. Responsible for project information collection and tracking, business negotiation, technical exchange, bidding and signing, tracking collection, etc
6. Responsible for providing the company with accurate information on market trends, demand changes and customer feedback as well as competitors;
7. Actively cooperate with the operation of marketing team; Cooperate with the manager, responsible for market development and maintenance;
Job Requirements:
1, 25-45 years old, more than 3 years of sales work experience, college degree or above, high and low voltage distribution box, control cabinet, electrical automation/power system, marketing and other related professional preference, good health;
2, can actively capture customer information, with a certain market analysis and judgment ability, good customer service awareness;
3, familiar with fire engineering companies, mechanical and electrical equipment installation engineering companies, decoration engineering companies and electric power, electrical and other industry experience, performance is preferred.
4, good image, strong affinity, communication skills, team spirit, rich customer resources and customer relations, sales management work experience is preferred;
5, have a strong business development ability, with a good attitude to withstand competitive pressure
6. Experience in project operation, able to track the progress of the whole project and formulate marketing plans and strategies at various stages;
7, with strong market analysis, marketing, promotion ability and good interpersonal communication, coordination, analysis and problem solving ability;
8, have a strong ambition, have a certain leadership ability, skilled in the use of office software, with their own laptop.
